Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

Tropical Paradise Smoothie 

Ingredients:

  1. Place pineapple, mango, coconut milk, and orange juice in a blender.

Pearfectly Green Smoothie 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water

Instructions:

  1. Combine apple, pear, spinach, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and water in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Add more water for the desired consistency. 
  4. Pour into glasses and serve with a slice of pear for garnish.
