- ½ cup (120ml) buttermilk
- ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups fresh Pacific Northwest Peaches, peeled & diced (about 2 medium peaches)
