Peach and Honey Greek yogurt Popsicle

Cool down and indulge in a sweet, creamy treat with these Peach & Honey Greek Yogurt Popsicles! Made with smooth, Vanilla Greek yogurt, juicy, ripe peaches, and pure honey, these popsicles are the perfect balance of creamy and refreshing. They’re rich in protein, full of natural sweetness, and the perfect snack on those hot summer days!

  • 6 fresh peaches, pitted — No fresh peaches? No problem! Use frozen ones to enjoy this treat anytime.
  • 4 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 teaspoons of Lemon Juice
  • 3 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  1. Peel (optional) and pit the peaches. Personally, I like to peel them, as it creates a smoother finish. Quarter the peach, as we are going to put it into the blender.
  1. Combine the peaches, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice in the blender and pulse until well mixed. I like to leave bits of peaches, so I get a nice piece of fruit with each bite.
  1. In a separate bowl blend together the Greek yogurt and vanilla.
  1. Get out your popsicle mold and spoon in the Greek yogurt mixture into each mold (only about ¼ of the way), then add in the peach mix, and keep alternating between the two until the mold is full.
  1. Cover the mold, place your popsicle sticks in your mold, and put them in freezer for about 6-8 hours or until completely frozen.
  1. Enjoy!
