One of the best ways to begin your day is with a nutritionally packed breakfast. Unfortunately, that can become difficult to squeeze into your morning routine. In order for me and my family to have a healthy breakfast I often times turn to a quick and easy smoothie. This smoothie is creamy, sweet, and has a tropical flavor.
Orange Cream Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 large navel orange
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ⅔ cup almond milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. Adjust quantities if needed, adding ice cubes, chia seeds, almond milk, or extra greek yogurt.
