Orange Cream Smoothie

One of the best ways to begin your day is with a nutritionally packed breakfast. Unfortunately, that can become difficult to squeeze into your morning routine. In order for me and my family to have a healthy breakfast I often times turn to a quick and easy smoothie. This smoothie is creamy, sweet, and has a tropical flavor.

Orange Cream Smoothie
Serves: 2
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 large navel orange
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. Adjust quantities if needed, adding ice cubes, chia seeds, almond milk, or extra greek yogurt.
