This refreshing and zesty salsa couldn’t be easier to make and is perfect for welcoming the warm days of summer ahead.
1 mango, cubed
1-2 jalapeno(s), seeded and finely diced
1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
4 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
*Optional: 1 avocado, diced
Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Cover and chill 20 min- 6 hrs.
Makes approximately 3 cups of salsa.
