Fruit salads are one of my favorite dishes to make. Simple and easy to put together, refreshing and sweet, and best of all, fruit salads are packed with essential vitamins and nutrients. They are also versatile, you can make them a great addition to a meal or a simple easy snack.
I don’t know about you, but for me, I always crave for something sweet after dinner. My favorites combine sweet and salty flavors, and I am always looking for healthy alternatives to satisfy those cravings. This Citrus Fruit Salad meets all those needs. The three types of oranges, grapefruit, and honey ginger syrup are both sweet and tangy, and the feta cheese and sea salt topping give the fruit salad that great salty flavor.
